RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES OF CAFFEINATED HEROES MERCHANDISE
Caffeinated Heroes does not store inventory. Each sale is made to order by a third party distributor and shipped individually. Because of this limited manufacturing process, Caffeinated Heroes does not except returns and adopts the following exchange policy:
If the item(s) was ordered in the wrong size, the buyer will contact us at info@caffeinatedheroes.org within 10 days of the order being received. The buyer will assume the total shipping cost and responsibility to send back the item(s) to us at the address we provide. Once the item(s) is received by us, a refund will be issued to the buyer for the item(s) we received. The buyer may then proceed to purchase the correct size. Caffeinated heroes will not except worn, washed or soiled item(s) to be returned under any circumstance. If the item(s) received shows same, a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be returned to the buyer. Item(s) with manufacturing defects will be accessed on a case by case bases and Caffeinated Heroes assumes the right to refuse any item(s) or claim of such. This policy applies to all products sold by Caffeinated Heroes.
Longevity of garment graphic - Caffeinated Heroes will not except back any merchandise for faded, cracked or damaged garment logos. To further the life expectancy of the graphic, we recommend turning garments inside out before washing, using mild detergents, do not place in a dryer and shield from direct sunlight.
